Doors will open for students to come in the building at 8:25 am!
Important Dates
Monday, August 15th: 1st Day of School!
Mr. Doyle's Message
It was so refreshing having all of the students in the building, opening their lockers, and walking their schedules. It's amazing how quickly a school comes to life!
Please make sure to recheck your Schedule through PowerSchool on Sunday to make sure you have the most updated copy!!!!
As a reminder, Monday is the first day of school. Students may enter the building at 8:25 am and the bell rings at 8:45 am! Our grade level teams are prepared to welcome students back and again, acclimate them to a normal school year. Once again, I would like to highlight a few expectations:
1. Dress Code: should be appropriate and undergarments should not be visible. Excessive midriff or exposed sides/backs are prohibited. No hats or hoods allowed.
2. Cells phones should be powered off and out of sight. Cell phones are not allowed to be used during the school day.
3. AirPods and earbuds are prohibited during the school day unless otherwise allowed by a staff member.
4. Lockers must be utilized. Coats/jackets and backpacks need to be stored in a locker.
5. No gum chewing.
Thank you parents and students for your support in following these expectations which help Creekside be a place where we can maximize learning opportunities.
Enthusiastically,
Mr. Doyle
Arrival and Dismissal
Cones will be placed in the parking lot to restrict ensure the flow of traffic remains safe and efficient. I understand the arrival and dismissal line requires a lot of patience and I want to reiterate the process below:
- Students need to be seated in their classrooms by 8:45 am, otherwise they will be considered tardy.
- Our building is open at 8:25 am with supervision in the cafeteria if you need to drop your child(ren) off earlier to avoid the "wait".
- For arrival, please do not wait to get to the front door before letting your child(ren) out of the vehicle. We have a long stretch of sidewalk that can be utilized for drop off. (Getting some fresh air and walking is good for the kids!)
- During arrival and dismissal, please do not park in the lot and wait for your child(ren). For safety, we do not want students walking across the parking lot.
- Do not pull around the line, into oncoming traffic. Again, this is a safety concern. We want to avoid an unnecessary accident.
- Please do not drive around the cones, move them, or cut through the parking lot to move ahead of the line.
- Dismissal is at 3:35 pm. Car riders and walkers will exit the front of the building.
- And lastly, please be patient and kind to one another.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me. Thanks for your support and partnership in keeping our students safe!

If alternate arrangements need to be made, contact transportation as soon as possible. Please Note: There will be continued updates and changes made to the routing information. It is important to recheck all busing information on August 14, prior to the first day of school.
