William Wrigley Jr.
By Bethan Webb
Why was William Wrigley successful?
I believe William was successful because he started to show interest in entrepreneurship at a young age. He worked for his dad and sold soap and baking soda on the streets. Later he started to give gum away with the baking soda to make it sell. However, people wanted the gum more than the baking soda. William showed at a young age he was creative, dedicated, and he wanted to make money. After he developed his own gum, it sold wildly and he became one of America's richest men.
