Reusch Report

South Middle School is continuing the district's goal of Building a Better Graduate not only academically, but also personally and professionally. Our students go through a series of lessons in their advisory time over the SMS Essential 10, which are life habits that will help our students in life, long past their experience at South. Check out our SMS Essential 10 below:

  1. When responding to an adult, always use "Ma'am" or "Sir".
  2. Make eye contact when someone is speaking to you.
  3. Respect other students' comments, opinions, & ideas.
  4. If you are asked a question in conversation, ask a question in return.
  5. Do not show disrect with gestures.
  6. Always say "Thank you" when given something.
  7. Suprrise others by performing random acts of kindness.
  8. If someone bumps into you, say "Excuse me", even if it was not your fault.
  9. Learn from your mistakes and move on.
  10. No matter the circumstances, ALWAYS be HONEST.

SMS--Excellence in All We Do,

Mr. Reusch
