Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month 2020

Good Morning,

This week we celebrated "Hispanic Heritage Month!" It was delightful to see the students dressed in red, white and green today! Just a few of the activities we participated in included our 8th graders leading us in a beautiful outdoor prayer service, Mrs. Werr teaching our families how to make salsa, Miss Szalko instructing the students on painting and putting together maracas out of a water bottle, and Mrs. Kingsbury dancing the Salsa with our children!

Today, we conclude the week of festivities with traditional Mexican dances, movie, and a Mexican fiesta donated by Country House!

Have a great weekend!

Travel Ban

We continue to work to keep the children safe. The Archdiocese of Chicago follows the city of Chicago state travel ban. The site is updated every Tuesday and the ban goes into effect every Friday. Beginning today, Wisconsin is listed as a travel ban state. Therefore, anyone who travels to Wisconsin, even for the weekend, will need to self-quarantine for 14 days upon his or her return home. This means your child/ren will need to remain home for 14 day upon your return. Please note, this applies to all the other states listed on the following website.,last%20contact%20within%20the%20identified
