Eminem has been quoted to have been taking up to 60 valium, and 30 vicadin a day. In 2007 he nearly died he he had an overdose of methadone. Valium is used to treat seizures and anxiety. Vicadin is used to treat mild and severe pain. Methadone is also a pain kill but its effects last much longer; also, it's only available in some pharmacies.
