Upon entering Dublin, it was easy to tell that Ireland was unlike anywhere we had been so far. The usual aloofness and quietness of other European cultures was gone: everyone here was loud, excitable, and outgoing. They were all happy, even eager, to talk to us, and clearly thought nothing of holding a conversation with strangers. This type of communication was something we hadn't seen in a while, and we all loved it. I found it very interesting how vastly communication in Ireland differed from the rest of Europe, even from England, who it's geographically close to.
