Attendance Information
At Brokaw we believe early learning is essential for children and daily attendance is important to ensure our preschoolers are able to be successful in their journey to kindergarten. We do understand that illnesses and other emergency situations may come up therefore, as a reminder to families, when you call your child out of school for the day, please be sure to inform your teacher or main office staff of the reason that your child will not be in attendance for the day. In partnering with parents, we will reach out to families individually, as a reminder to ensure that children are in school daily and to determine if any additional support is needed.
Our morning session starts at 8:00 AM and afternoon session at 11:45 AM. If students arrive late they should be checked in at the front office and will be marked Tardy. Please get your children to school on time. Thank you!
Change In Transportation For Dismissal At Brokaw
If your child is normally transported home by bus, but you plan on picking him/her up for dismissal, please communicate this with the teacher via a written note or email. You must also notify the office by calling 630-551-9600.
