Tapteal Elementary School Principal
Dear Tapteal Elementary Families,
Thank you Tapteal Families. I can't say that enough. THANK YOU! Your kids have relied more on you over the past couple weeks, and you've taken a larger role in making sure kids are learning. Thank you for all of your love, and support. We are truly blessed to be a part of such a great community. We will get through this together, and be stronger because of it.
Now it's especially important to be conscious of each other's health and well being. Let's lift each other up, and take care of one another. We've been creative using various online tools, dojo, youtube, virtual meetings, google classroom, and email. I know many have been in contact over the phone. I am so PROUD of the wonderful work, and the initiative our teachers have taken to maintain a positive connection, and engage students in learning. Thank you for all of your kind words, understanding, and patience as we work hard to make the best of our time.
Recently, the State Superintendent of Instruction has given districts across the state updated AT-HOME Learning guidelines. Moving forward, our teachers will continue to play a large role in meeting the learning needs of our kids in a consistent way. Here are some of the details of the District At-Home Learning Plan.
