Growing Goodness!

Plowing, planting, watering, and weeding are on everyone's minds here at Goodness Grows. It's our busiest time of the year. Planting and transplanting are in full swing. We have green, growing things everywhere in our front greenhouse and all over the property as we get ready for the 2020 CSA season.

CSA Season

Our CSA deadline is almost here! Friday, May 29th is the final day to pay for a share of a wide variety of fresh, naturally raised produce. A weekly share is $280 (which is $20 per week) and a bi-weekly share is $140 (also $20 per week). The first pick-up day for both types of subscription is June 25th...and we can't wait!

Back to Work!

Our clients have returned, with each working one day per week and getting one-on-one time with Rachel. Starting next week, clients will be able to be back together here at GG. We have worked with the state to put a health and safety plan in place. Families will be choosing their own pace and adding days as they are comfortable. Everyone is looking forward to reuniting and working together again! We will be following all the guidelines laid down by the governor, the CDC, and the DODD, from hand washing to mask wearing and everything in between. Our goal will be to keep our program going as normally as possible while keeping everyone's health at the top of our priorities.

Summer Interns Have Arrived

We are pleased to welcome back Darius Surgenavic and Cameron Fortune! Darius has completed his freshman year at Trine University and Cameron just graduated from Columbiana High School. We are very glad to have these young men back on our GG crew. As we get into June, we look forward to adding one or two more folks to the schedule.
