LCAP Survey
Dear Mission Vista Academy Families,
Each year we will ask our MVA families to complete a survey related to the District’s Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) which identifies goals, measurements, and actions planned by MVA to improve student outcomes.
An important part of our LCAP is the input gathered from our school stakeholders. We want to encourage your input into the LCAP survey as it is an essential piece of our LCAP report and charter.
Please take a few moments to provide input to this important process by clicking on this link: LCAP Family Survey Link.
Please complete by April 16th. Thank you so much!

Three week dissection Club!

Hello MVA families!
We hope you've enjoyed the many wonderful clubs offered this school year. We are really excited about our first-ever Dissection Demonstration series. These demonstrations will take place Thursdays, April 1st, 8th, and 15th @ 11:30. Mrs. Kiehl and Ms. Flournoy will demonstrate the dissections of a cow eye, sheep heart, and frog. The demonstrations are mostly directed toward upper grade and High School students.
If you'd like your student to dissect along with Mrs. Kiehl and Ms. Flournoy to get the HANDS-ON experience, please look below at the items that will be needed to do so. Bringing these items is not required to be in the club. The students may come and enjoy watching the demonstration as well. In addition to the below items, you will also want dissecting scissors, pins, and either a dissecting probe or toothpick.
