Tiger Families,

As we are coming to the end of the school year please ensure that you are checking your accounts on FACTS.

All tuition, extended care, lunch, and book fees need to be paid in full in order for students to receive their report cards on May 24th.

Does the School Have MEDICATION for your child?

Please pick up all student medication on May 24th in the nurses office.

Congratulations to the class of 2023 - Remember to "Be the Light" wherever you go!

We would like to give a warm St. Teresa Welcome to two Alums

coming back to teach at St. Teresa School.

Ms. O'Dell will be our 3rd grade teacher and

Ms. Herzing will be our 5th-8th Science/STEM Teacher!

We know they will make a great addition!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has registered already!! Currently, we only have 135 students who have committed to returning to St. Teresa for the 2023 - 2024 school year.

What to know for the 2023-2024 School Year

ARRIVAL:

Doors will open at 7:30am in the front. There will be no before school extended care for the 2023-2024 school year. Please plan accordingly.

DISMISSAL:

Students will be dismissed from school at 3:00pm.

EXTENDED CARE:

Extended care will be available after school for the 2023-2024 school year from 3:10pm - 5:30 pm

LUNCH COSTS:

School lunches will cost $3.50 per lunch with milk costing $0.75.

St. Teresa School does not permit food deliveries from vendors such as DoorDash, UberEats, restaurant delivery, etc. If a fast food item is dropped off for your student to eat at school, they will be asked to eat it in the office.

NJHS NEWS

NJHS would like to thank the St. Teresa Family for their support in raising funds this year. Proceeds from the NJHS fundraisers will benefit the American Cancer Society, as voted on by the NJHS students. Donations to the American Cancer Society will be made in honor of Mrs. Angie Luetkenhaus (our Science Teacher), in memory of Mrs. Jenny Miller (Baudendistel), as well as our St. Teresa families that have been affected by cancer. Thank you for a successful year and we look forward to serving our St. Teresa community again next year!

VOLLEYBALL CAMP

June 5th - 7th St Teresa alum Katie Wemhoener will be offering a girls volleyball camp for girls entering 3rd through 8th grades. There will be 2 times offered. 11:00-1:00 for incoming 3rd-5th graders and 1:30-3:30 for 6th through 8th graders. Payment will be the 1st day of camp but please respond in email joseph.voss@prodigy.net if your daughter will be attending so Katie can plan the camp workouts.

TWIRL GIRLS

Twirl Camp will be held Monday-Friday, July 10-14, evenings in the PC and gym. Registration forms have been sent home with all girls entering 2nd-8th grades and are due by May 16. Bowling State Finals!!

Shout out to Madison Utterback!

Last week she shot her first 200 game with a 213. At the end of March, Madison placed 2nd in the Storm/Roto Grip tournament sending her to the State Finals. Upon completion of graduation on Friday she will make her way to Chicago where she will compete Saturday morning. Please join us in showing her some Tiger spirit and good luck wishes!!

VBS 2023 Applications are Out!

Come join us for one of the best weeks of summer! Vacation Bible School applications for both campers (incoming preschool - 5th grade) and volunteers (incoming 5th grade - adult) are now available. Incoming 5th graders may choose to be camper or volunteer. Please find them in church, on the church website, or by emailing Lizzie Lehde at lizzielehde@gmail.com

Our theme this year is “Stellar: Shine Jesus’ Light” and our VBS week is being held July 17-21, 9am-noon at St. Teresa School. Hope to see you there!

Belleville East and West are putting on a chess clinic this summer for people entering grades 6-11 in District 201 or a feeder school. You can find more information at https://www.westchess.org/clinic.html if your student is interested.
