Winter Break (December 23, 2019-January 3, 2020)
We will be back in school on Monday, January 6, 2020.
Message from Our School Nurse
Dear CFT families:
We are in full-blown flu and respiratory illness season. We ask that if your student is ill, please follow the guidelines set forth by Washington County with regards to school attendance:
Symptoms requiring exclusion of a child from school until they are either diagnosed and cleared by a licensed health care provider, or are in full recovery from the illness:
- Fever greater than 100.4: students may return when they have been 24 hours fever free without the use of fever-reducing medication such as Tylenol or ibuprofen.
- Vomiting and diarrhea: students may return after the symptoms have resolved for 24 hours.
- Persistent cough, or serious sustained coughing that prevents the student from active participation in usual school activities, or student requiring more care than the school staff can safely provide.
Our goal is to keep ALL students as healthy as possible, so they can participate fully in school!
