Graduation Ticket Information & Distribution
The Class of 2019 graduation ceremony will be held at Drolette Stadium at Benicia High School on Saturday June 8, 2019 at 11:00am. The main gates will open at 9:00am, where tickets will be required for admission to the stadium and seating will be on a first come, first served basis.
Benicia High staff will be distributing assigned ticket packs containing seven tickets to each senior student’s parent/guardian. These packs must be picked up directly from the school, and a completed graduation ticket signature page is required to pick-up the tickets. Our ticket pick-up event will be held on Thursday May 16th, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at BHS. Please enter from the main school lobby/hallway and follow any signs and staff directions at that time.
For families needing less than the 7 tickets per student, we will be collecting extra graduation tickets during this event. For families wanting more than the 7 tickets per student, we will provide an area to collect names of parents seeking extra tickets to enter a lottery. Any tickets turned in during this event will go to parents/families drawn from the lottery.
We want to remind everyone that we will be requiring all guests at the ceremony to be seated in the bleachers on either side of the field to maintain the safety and security of the event. Saving seats for guests that are not present is not permitted. Additionally, there will not be any type of seat saving that causes damage to our facility. This includes, but is not limited to, use of tape, wire, caution tape, rope, string, ink, or paint to block off/mark areas of the bleachers. We appreciate everyone’s support and understanding in keeping the event safe and preserving our new facility.
We look forward to celebrating the Class of 2019 on their graduation day!
