*An Architect is a person who plans, designs, and oversees the construction of building.
*The average annual salary is around $90,000-$120,000.
*The most common education required is a Bachelors' Degree.
*The job outlook is, overall employment of drafters is projected to show little or no change from 2012 to 2022. Employment growth will vary by specialty.
*Some benefits of architects are partners and directors can earn up to $100,000 or more. Newly qualified architects (with Royal institute of British Architects) may earn approximately $25,000 a year.
*Some day-to-day task are, creating building plans and innovating residential and commercial property ideas isn't easy. Architecture requires years of study and accurate knowledge of codes and practices. Their time isn't all spent designing and drawing though - there are a lot of reports and analysis to go over for each project, law reviewing and budgeting to make sure they're working within the correct parameters.
