a moment of reflection
In affect on Thursday, July 1, 2021, when our students return to the classroom for the 2021-2022 school year, during their homeroom/1st period class, a moment of silence will be respected daily. Families should speak with their child(ren) about the moment of reflection assigned and how the classroom individual should choose to spend the time and use it.
In today's hectic society, too few persons are able to experience even a moment of quiet reflection before plunging headlong into the activities of daily life. Young persons are particularly affected by the absence of an opportunity for a moment of quiet reflection and all students will be served a moment of silence at the beginning of each school day to use as they choose.

Families are welcome to drive their students to and from our campus. At Franklin Academy, we use DashPass as our dismissal system to manage pick-up and drop-off.

Bus Transportation
Families may request bus transportation during our online registration process for the 2021-2022 school year. However, transportation is available on a limited basis. Franklin Academy offers transportation for students who live between 2 and 6 miles from our campus. If you live within two miles of the campus, you must provide transportation for your child(ren).
When transportation is assigned, a bus pass will be emailed to the family. Bus passes for registered students will be received two weeks prior to the start of school. Bus transportation will not be provided during our Franklin Kickstart for Kindergarten students.
