Ann Reid Families,
Welcome to 2022! I hope you all had a safe and healthy Winter Break. We know cases of COVID-19 have been on the rise in the community. We are continuing to prioritize the health and safety of our students as well as the health and safety of our faculty. In-person learning continues to be the priority of our school district. Thank you for conducting a daily symptom screening at home by an adult caregiver to determine if your student is experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, and contact our school nurse should they begin to exhibit symptoms listed at the bottom of this newsletter or are a close contact to someone positive of COVID-19.
Around Ann Reid we are continuing to provide high quality early learning in the classrooms, and we are looking ahead to next school year in the office.
- Children who will be 5 on or before 9/1/2022: You are kindergarten eligible. Your home elementary school will be sending you a postcard with information about a kindergarten preview taking place in the springtime.
- Children who will be younger than 5 on or before 9/1/2022: You are eligible to return to our early childhood classrooms. Students in our Community/Tuition program need to submit this RETURNING COMMUNITY/TUITION FORM to confirm their spot. All returning families will participate in D203's Annual Update in the springtime.
- Siblings who will be older than 3 on or before 9/1/2022: Families interested in enrolling younger siblings in our Community/Tuition Program can submit their names in our COMMUNITY/TUITION APPLICATION FORM. Preference is given to siblings of current students. Families interested in learning more about our free Preschool for All Program or concerned with a sibling's development can get more information by emailing AnnReidEnrollment@naperville203.org or calling 630-420-6899.
Love,
AJ

We are all busy, and information quickly changes. Below are those symptoms you should be checking:
- Temperature of 100.4 (or greater) degrees Fahrenheit/38 degrees Celsius;
- New Cough;
- New onset of moderate to severe headache;
- Shortness of breath;
- Sore throat;
- Nausea and/or Vomiting;
- Diarrhea;
- abdominal pain from a unknown source;
- New loss of taste or smell;
- Fatigue from an unknown cause;
- Muscle and body aches;
- Any other COVID-10 symptoms identified by the CDC or IDPH
