Brahma Briefing
Week 28 - March 8 - 13, 2021

Welcome to Week 28
Dear Brahma Parents & Guardians,
March is Women's History Month, and today is International Women's Day! This is a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. Click HERE for information about this important international day.
Speaking of amazing women, Math teachers Latitia Thomas and Margaret Ku led our Mock Trial team to victory at the Duke University Moot Court Competition! Congratulations to Harris Daud and Crystal Tsao for winning 1st first place! Click HERE for all the amazing details!
Last week, our Grade Level Coordinators spoke to all students during their English classes (Thanks English teachers!) and provided them with the information needed to select their classes for the next school year. This week course selections will be submitted by the students and our amazing GLCs will have individual appointments with all students during English classes. In addition, GLCs are connecting with 8th Graders at South Pointe and Chaparral Middle School to input their courses for next fall 2021.
Also this week, AP Exam selection is due March 10. If you are taking an AP Exam this year, please click HERE to pick your exam administration for each exam that you plan on taking by March 10. Additional information can be found on the DBHS AP Website DBHS AP Website.
