SEL Activity: Understanding the Thoughts-Feelings-Behavior Connection
Objective:
Having students predict behaviors based on their thoughts and feelings gives them the tools they need to work through their emotions and change behaviors.
Activity:
3-5: Watch the video with the students. Stop at appropriate intervals to discuss the questions asked throughout the video. Follow up whole group with the activity sheet (no need to print, just project on a screen).
PK-2: Talk about being detectives and engage the students in discussion about the scenarios on the activity sheet (no need to print, just project on a screen).

The Armadillo Cheer team worked to get our 5th grade students excited about graduating together from WT White High School.
