If you are in a sport like:


Volleyball, Softball, Basketball, Gymnastics, Football, Soccer, Cheer, Dance, Swim, Tennis, Etc. It helps so much if you are active. If you are an adults you can do this: If you are a child, You have to play at least up to 30 minutes a day. If you are an adult, you should walk or jog up to 30 minutes as-well.
