The Communication process
How it works
The communication process
The communication process is very simple and relatively easy to understand. There are six parts in the process that need to be understood:
Sender: The sender is the person sending the message to the receiver
Message: The message are the words that you are sending to the receiver
Receiver: The receiver is the person who RECEIVES the message. The receiver usually replies with feedback whether it is non-verbal or verbal
Feedback: Feedback is the reply TO the message sent by the sender.
Interruption: Is usually the music or background noise that will take place while the communication process is being held
Channel: Why/how this conversation is taking place
