Growth Mindset
Practice Having a Growth Mindset
Here are some ways to practice having a Growth Mindset:
1. Practice POSITIVE self talk
* I CAN do this!
* I GOT this!
* YES I can!
2. BELIEVE in yourself and your abilities
3. Apply the things you learn
4. Create NEW positive habits that support a positive mindset
5. Post POSITIVE notes and quotes around your room to yourself

Practice Mindfulness
Here are some ways to practice Mindfulness:
1. Deep breathing activity (look at the pic below) Clear your mind and focus on the breath.
2. Stretch for 10 seconds. Clear your mind and focus on the stretch. Repeat with different body stretches.
3. Relax your muscles starting at your feet and slowly working your way up your body to your head. Clear your mind and focus on relaxing each muscle.
4. Blow bubbles. Clear your mind and focus on blowing the bubble.
5. Practice Pressing Pause
