You are visiting Russia for 10 days during the month of July where the temperature is the warmest out of the year with the average temperature of 65 degrees F.
Day 1 (July 1) Red Square
The first day we will be visiting Red Square which is a landmark/city square and site of cathedral. It is located in Moscow.
Day 1 (July 1) Hermitage Museum
Then we will be visiting the Hermitage Museum of art and culture founded in 1764.
Day 2 (July 2) Winter Palace
The Winter Palace was the former residence of the Russian emperors.
Day 2 (July 2) Russian Museum
The Russian Museum has lots of artwork, icons, and sculptures.
Day 3 (July 3) Bolshoi Theatre
The Bolshoi Theatre is home of Russian ballet and opera.
Day 3 (July 3) Moika Palace
The Moika Palace is the architecture palace and museum based of Rasputin's murder.
Day 4 (July 4) Gorky Park
The park has amusement park rides and lots of open grass space.
Day 4 (July 4) Kremlin Armory
The Kremlin Armory is weaponry, jewelry, and state regalia (clothing worn at formal occasions as an indication of status.
Day 5 (July 5) Peterhof Palace
The Peterhof Palace is a seafront palace with a park and museums.
Day 5 (July 5) Mariinky Theatre
This theatre is a grand complex for music, opera, and ballet.
Day 6 (July 6) Pushkin Museum
This museum is famous for its European painting and sculpture collection.
Day 7 (July 7) Summer Garden
The Summer Garden is a series of formal gardens designed by Czar Peter in St. Petersburg. There are 79 sculptures by Italian sculptors of the 17th and 18th centuries in the garden park.
Day 8 (July 8) State Historical Museum
This is a landmark museum of Russian history. From the ancestors to priceless artwork.
Day 9 (July 9) Moscow Zoo
This parkland zoo has a collection of 8000 animals from amphibians to mammals.
Day 10 (July 10) Moscow Manege
The Manege was used to house parades of horsemen and as a training school for officers.
Why should I go to Russia?
A trip to Russia could be a once in a lifetime experience. It is much different than the U.S and there are plenty of fun and interesting things to go and do there.
