If you did not order a 2021-2022 yearbook and would like to still get one, a limited number of extra copies are available to purchase for $18.00 in the school office. Also available are yearbooks from previous years. Please email Laura Heidorn at lheidorn@stjohnsdrschool.org to arrange having yearbook(s) sent home with your student. Our worries will then melt away, just like an ice cube in the sun. | In keeping with this year’s school theme, “Let Your Light Shine,” each of our junior high students made their own ray of light naming one thing they are going to do by helping, sharing, or praying. We hope you will see our students’ lights shining ever so bright! |

Join Our PTO!
Everyone is invited to join the PTO! Cost is $15 per family and includes access to an on-line directory of school families. PTO funds many in-school and after-school events such as Enrichment programs, Field Day, Grandparents Day, Mornings with Mom/Donuts with Dad, and 8th grade Scholarships. If you sign up by September 15, your children will be OUT OF UNIFORM on September 16th!

Grade School Soccer Night - Mercy McAuley
Grade school girls are invited to experience the excitement of Mercy McAuley athletics at Mercy McAuley’s Grade School Soccer Night on September 14. Future Wolves receive free admission to the 6 p.m. Varsity game and will enjoy snacks, activities and giveaways. Grade school festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. Registration is not needed.

On Shadow Days, 8th graders are paired with a Student Ambassador for the day and see firsthand what it’s like to be a Wolf! HSPT Prep Course at St. Xavier High School
This HSPT course covers all 5 sections of the test: Verbal Skills, Reading, Mathematics, Quantitative Skills and Language. The course begins with a comprehensive assessment exam, and the rest of the course focuses on learning content. By program’s end, students know how to tackle every type of problem on the HSPT – and effectively manage their time and the test.
The course will be taught on October 29th and November 5th at St. Xavier High School from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm or 12:30 to 4:30 pm.
