Physical Changes (Male)

1. Hair will grow all over your body.

2. Penis will get longer and wider.

3. You will be getting wider shoulders.

4. May notice that you may be getting Adam's apple.

5. Breast look like they are developing but will go away after puberty.

6. Will start getting acne, pimples, zits, spots and stuff like that.

7. Will be getting more sweaty.

Physical Changes (Women)

1. Hip bones widen and body becomes curvier.

2. Hair will grow on the vagina, legs and armpits.

3. Breasts start to develop.

4. Weight gain.

5. Your clitoris will grow a bit.

6. Will start getting acne, pimples, zits, spots and stuff like that.

7. Will be getting more sweaty.

8. Will start getting periods.


Social Changes (Male & Female)

1. Want to go out with friends more.

2. Interested in the opposite sex.

3. Friends become a more important part of your life.

4. More responsibilities.

5. Wanting more independence.

6. Taking more risks.

7. Listening to friend rather than family.

Emotional Changes (Male & Female)

1. Stronger feelings.

2. More sensitive.

3. More self-conscious.

4. Intense/unfamiliar Emotions

5. Mood swings.

6. Conflict.

7. Interested in opposite sex.

8. More arguments with family.
