There are several important updates from across the Division of Student Development. Please keep encouraging your residents to check their mail, organize their calendars and pay attention to dates, times and locations! Thank you!

Thanksgiving Closing-Begins on Friday 11/21
To speed up the closing process, the RAs on West Quad will meet on Friday 11/21 at 5:30pm to begin closing Smith, Shorney, Curtis East and Curtis West. Because you all did a great job having students sign the date and time that they are leaving for Thanksgiving Break, you will have an "early departure" roster that will help us evacuate buildings in advance. We will continue closing buildings on 11/22 at 8:45am.
Meet in the Curtis West Lounge for both closing dates.
Next Inservice
We will meet on November 6th at 6:00pm in Olin 221. If you are missing this meeting for academic or an athletic competition/practice, a theater performance or a job interview, I need to know by November 3rd at 12pm at the latest. Failure to email me with an excusable absence by 11/3 at 12pm will result in job action.
Welcome the New Fellows to your Area!!
The following first year students successfully interviewed and were selected to serve as Residential Fellows in the First Year Halls. They will join Robert Tate and Daniel Fiorentini who are currently serving as Residential Fellows. If you have not done so, please extend a welcome to the individuals listed below. They will be completing programs in November and December, helping with hall closings and helping with Health and Safety Checks. On occasion, they will attend staff meetings. I encourage you all to collaborate with these energetic and creative individuals!!
