... visual images are powerful mediators of meaning making. Sometimes it is easy for us to visualize ideas before it even makes sense to oourselves. When it is time to share that visual with others it could become difficult. So visualization tools were created to help us share those ideas with others and learn a variety of concepts.
Draw/Paint Programs
One of the most popular visualization tool is the Draw/Paint program. It enable us to create drawings and paintings electronically. There are many programs available that allow users to make free-hand drawings or manipulate photos using a palette of tools that help the user create graphic effects.
Visualizing with Sketchcast
A tool to help the least artistic among us. It makes a movie of what one draws and says while drawing.

In a math class, visualization is an important strategy that helps learners understand mathematical concepts. Most visuals are hands on manipulatives. The computer can be used to clarify the lesson objective.
VISUALIZING with DIGITAL CAMERAS and MOBILE PHONES
Digital camera and mobile phones have become the "tool of choice". Students can creat documentaries that examines local issues and controversies. It is real world reporting. One of the best ways to get students engaged in the learning process is to have them produce a personal documentary; like a personal diary of themself. It can range from reciting poetry, a tour of their room or even what they do on a Saturday afternoon.
