The Federal Government has extended our Seamless Summer free meals for all students for the upcoming months. There will be no charges to lunch accounts at this time for a child's lunch with milk. If your child would like a second milk or a milk with their cold lunch, there is a $0.30 fee. We will notify you when charges begin this school year.
FROM THE LIBRARY
We still have several hundred books out from last spring. Your child will be bringing home a note this week listing any titles that are checked out to them. These would be overdue books from last year only, not books that have been checked out this school year. Please help your child search so we can get all our books returned for others to use. Thank you!
As we prepare our immunization report to the health department, we ask that you submit your child's immunization records to the health room if you haven't already. You may send to school with your child, fax to 262.367.3205 or scan/email back to me at firstname.lastname@example.org - Thank you for your time.
A big thank you to EVERYONE for helping the pick-up and drop-off procedure improve greatly. Thank you parents and guardians for obeying the traffic patterns and thank you staff for all your help out there.
If you drop-off or pick-up in the Activities Entrance, you must turn right and exit going out the Nagawicka Road exit. This is an exit only.
Please remember the flow of traffic must cointure. If your child needs help getting in/out of the car, it's best to park and walk your child up to the sidewalk.
Always pull as far forward as possible. We will continue to keep students safe on the sidewalk. Students may not walk in the parking lot or along the side without their parent or guardian.
HWY 83 CLOSURE
The WI Department of transportation has published that the Hwy 83 bridge over the Bark River will be repaired starting September 21. If you travel to Lake Country School using Hwy 83, you may want to seek an alternate route. Our bus company is aware of the detour.
PTO PRETZEL SALE!
