About Us!!
We are the Cross Timbers Ecoregion! We consist of Savannas (not Savannah), Prairies, and, Woodlands! We are in North and Central Texas, and we stretch out to as far as Kansas! We have a lot of trees and a few rivers. We would definitely want you to come visit our beautiful Ecoregion!!
Woodlands
As you can see in the rivers, some deposition has taken place if you look at the bottom right corner, there are a few piles of rocks which have been deposited. But the scenery of the woodlands is unbelievable and you would really want to come and visit the woodlands of the Cross Timbers Ecoregion!
Prairie
The soil here is very rich, so you can plant some seeds and they will grow and will taste amazing once ripe. The prairie isn't a very scenic place, but it's so quiet around that area, and you can just lie down in the soft grass, and relax and be free of all your concerns!
Savanna
Savannas have many isolated trees and many rivers, like the one above. There is erosion because if you look at the right coast of the river, there have been some rocks deposited there, with the help of it being moved/erosion. Like the prairie, not much scenery, but a excellent place to relax and just chill.
We Hope You Visit!
You know you love all the parts of the Ecoregion, just come here if you ever have any troubles, and enjoy the scenery, and just relax! We hope we see you here soon!!
