Report Cards and Assessments
- Report cards will be due to me for review by Monday 11/18, but feel free to inform me when you finish so I can get a head start on them.
- Please make sure that you have an ILP in place for students who are not making standards in Math, Reading, or Writing. This should not be a surprise to parents. If not, I encourage you to set up a conference within the next few weeks before report cards go home. Create an ILP for Tri 2 with goals for the student work towards.
- If a student already has an ILP in Reading or Writing, and still has not made progress, refer them to COST. Students who are scoring a year behind grade level (Reading/Writing) or more should be referred to COST, and should be referred to Tier 3 RTI as we move into Tri 2- Please make sure this happens!
- If you still want DIBELS testing completed before report cards, reach out to Janine.
- Please make sure that you have noted which students have an ILP for this Trimester on the Google sheet that I created. The COST team will use this form to help us track student progress.
BAS Testing, and Illuminate Data Entry
