The official numbers are that the city’s yearly homicide rate had raised as high as 130 murders per 100,000 people. Other than murders a huge amount of people have been victims of stealing, kidnapping, or rape. This is a big reason why the Olympics should never be in Caracas Venezuela.
There are many reasons that Caracas, Venezuela should never host the Olympics. Mainly the crime but also Caracas is poor. Halve the proportion of people living on less than $1 a day and they don't have enough money and resources to host millions of people. Since Venezuela is poor is also a huge reason why it should never host the Olympics
But in the end Caracas is too dangerous of a place to have millions of people visiting and doesn't have enough resources to host the Olympics.
