Gratitude
Three Ways to Cultivate Gratitude at School
1. Three Good Things
-Have your students record three good things that happened to them each day. This will encourage them to reflect on good things that are happening and recognize how and why they are happening, too!
2. Gratitude Letter
-Click here to see an outline of how you can encourage your students to write a letter expressing gratitude.
3. Gratitude Journal
-Take 5-10 minutes daily to have students write down one thing or many things for which they are thankful or grateful.
