Veterans Day Luncheon & Program
Due to the facilities at Potter Gray an RSVP was required for us to know how many visitors we could expect. The number of RSVP's determined if we could present a program as well as what type of program we could present. At this time the program has been designed to accommodate a specific number of guests and our student body. Please understand that this program is to honor the Veterans in attendance so we ask that only those who RSVP'd for the event be in attendance on Monday.
The program will begin at 10:30am in the gym. The luncheon will begin immediately after the program is over. Students of the Veterans and their families will be able to eat in the cafeteria with their families.
There is a volunteer opportunity needed for this event as well. If you would like to help serve lunch to our guests, please click the here.

Car Rider Drop-off & Pick-up
Morning Drop-off
- All students being dropped off as a car rider prior to 8:10 AM shall be dropped off in the rear of the building through the car rider line. Please do not use the front loop to drop students off prior to 8:10.
- Any student dropped off at the front of the building shall be accompanied by an adult (bringing items into the building, eating breakfast, attending GMPG, etc.). Adults then need to sign-in at the front office upon entering the building.
Afternoon Pick-up
- Parent's, please use Wakefield Street to get in the car rider line, not Batsel Ave.
- Please DO NOT block the front look entry during afternoon dismissal. Buses need access to the front loop without waiting for cars to move. - This continues to be an issue that I ask we work on.
- Please keep your car rider name tag visible in your window until your child is in the vehicle.
- For our students safety, please make sure you're pulling all the way up to the first available spot in line.
