What is a lawyer

Do you have to be the last one the say something? Do always have to prove your point? If so, law is the type of direction to go. A lawyer is a person who practices or studies law. Lawyers represent clients in legal issues and disputes. They navigates the legal system for the benefits for their client. Anyone can be a lawyer because there are so many oppositions. There are all kinds of lawyers, theres lawyers for family and divorce, public interest, criminal defense, and many more. I think the hardest part of being a is picking which one you would go into.

How to become a lawyer (education)

To get into law school you must have a bachelors degree then you take the Law School Admission (LSAT). Law school students typically study for three years and earn a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. After you finish your years at law school you must take and pass the bar exam for the state. Then you are off to being a lawyer.

It also gives you the opportunity to help others in need with legal help. Probable the number one reason of becoming a lawyer is because of what they are payed. Day of being a Lawyer

A typical day of a lawyer is research . Lots of research. Lawyers carefully study the details of each case, look for precedents and take detailed notes. You may have a paralegal to assist you, but you’ll still be doing plenty of reading. You'll be writing documents, responses, briefs, letters and plenty of emails. You’ll also spend hours reviewing the case files and meeting with clients. Lawyer are always on the go to go somewhere. They go out of town a lot to go and meet with their clients, they can even go out of the county if needed .
