Enjoy your SPRING BREAK! UNPLUG!
CHAPTER 15 by Bryan Harris~ RESILIENT TEACHERS UNPLUG!
It's TIME to UNPLUG! Here are some suggestions from Bryan Harris:
Consider a digital detox! "There is power and control in stepping away from the devices for a period of time."
Turn your power on your cell off!
Don't check emails for a set period of time.
Analyze how much you use your phone.
Start small, how about a 15 minute walk without your phone?
Let's take the time to unwind and unplug this spring break!
With Gratitude for all you do,
Next week is NATIONAL ASSISTANT PRINCIPALS WEEK! Thank you Fran and Thomas for everything you do to support our teachers, students, staff and our community! You are APPRECIATED! ♥
Gerry Brooks In-person learning:
