Should Vaccines Be Mandatory?
By Daniel Stutz
The Argument
People are debating whether to require vaccines in the public today. Some people are opting out of vaccines and this can cause an outbreak.
Vaccine Requirements
Vaccines should be required in society today because although some diseases (such as mumps and measles) seem to be eradicated, they can still be brought to this country through other people who are not vaccinated.
Counterarguments
Why no vaccines?
People refuse vaccines because they believe vaccines can be bad for children. This is because a study showed that vaccines could cause autism, but that study was later revealed not true. However, parents who oppose vaccines still believe it.
