Be kinder than is necessary
Greetings,
During this last trimester, I will spend a lot of time preparing students for the big transition into middle school. I am expecting more and more self-reliance, independence, planning and organization. With that in mind, I encourage students to log on to Power School to keep track of grades and assignments. Managing their schedules and workload are equally important, especially as the weather gets nicer and there is an increase in activities and sports.
Homework should be no less than 45-60 minutes per night to include the following:
- regular assignments
- Shakespeare
- Prayers
- Passport
- States and Capitals
- AR
- Long Term projects
Thank you for your support in helping your student fulfill this requirement.
Blessing to all as we prepare to enter into Holy Week.
Pax,
Mrs. Getchman
