What is its purpose?
Helping children that are chronically ill is an incredible toll on any family, along with expensive medical bills takes a huge toll on any family. The Ronald McDonald house helps ease the pain with help with expenses, medical care, and keep families together during tough situations like chronic illness.
How does it fulfill its purpose?
The Ronald McDonald house was able to help over 5.7 million families alone last year! The program houses patients overnight and plays a huge role in the success of the patients by the work of volunteers who make it a comfortable stay with fun activities, along with meals and medical needs. This takes away from the pressure of the families, to continue to most normal life possible in a difficult situation like chronic sickness.
