Ever wonder what all those blocks are for? This workshop will help answer your questions about how props can deepen and add a new layer to your practice. We'll explore the use of blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets allowing students to find proper alignment and explore new possibilities in more advanced postures.
For Anna, yoga was initially a workout. A way to get more flexible. That all changed a few years when she realized that yoga didn't just kick her butt, but it calmed her and balanced her constantly moving mind. She loves finding new ways to challenge the body and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others in hopes someone will find their own inspiration.
