Message from the Principal
Don’t forget to say “Thank you” to that person who is doing what otherwise would be a thankless job.

September 9th: Last day for students to take the ACCUPLACER Placement Test.
September 22nd: Bills generated and mailed to home addresses. Bills will be addressed to the student. If a bill is not received by the end of September, contact Deborah Miller at Park Hill High School.

October 15th: Last day to either pay in full or sign up for a payment plan. Bills may be paid online through the student’s myMCCKC account. Failure to pay in full or arrange a payment plan will result in the student being dropped from the college credit enrollment.
A+ Scholarship Program
The A+ Scholarship Program offers financial options for students after high school, specifically 2 years of tuition-free community college, vocational, or technical school within Missouri. There are also several 4-year universities in Missouri that offer A+ Recognition Scholarships to students that complete the program. The major program requirements include a minimum GPA of 2.50, 95% attendance, and 50 mentoring and tutoring hours. Here at Park Hill High School, we encourage our students to join this wonderful program so students can earn money for college by giving back to their community through mentoring and tutoring.
To enroll in the A+ Scholarship Program, students must sign an A+ Participation Agreement and complete a one-time virtual A+ Workshop. Contact Ellen Reys for more information.

Park Hill Clothing Center
The Park Hill Clothing Center would like to thank all of the families who have contributed to our facility. For anyone not familiar with the clothing center there is more information here: Park Hill Clothing Center
There have been some changes due to Covid-19. The biggest change is that we must limit the number of people in the building. Therefore if you need to “shop” (the clothes are free) please sign up for a time slot using the link above.
Volunteers are greatly needed! We have been fortunate to have received numerous donations, however we’ve had a difficult time hanging up all of the incoming clothes with very few volunteers. If anyone has 1-2 hours to contribute we would greatly appreciate it. The above link also has a link for volunteers. New dates are periodically added so keep checking back.
Thank you for all of your help!
Trojan of the Week
Each week our leadership council nominates, debates and then selects a Trojan of The Week. This is someone they feel makes a positive impact on our students and is always showing great pride in their job and in our school.
I am very happy to present our second Trojan of The Week to Victor Abundis. Mr. Abundis was presented with an award by our players and will also receive a Football T-Shirt as a small token of our gratitude.
Thank you for everything you do in making a positive impact on all the students here at Park Hill! We appreciate you!
Keep Dominating!
