Nurse and Medical Updates
Our nurses are here to assist you with any COVID-19 concerns or questions.
Also, please be sure to notify them if you have been exposed or have tested positive for COVID-19.
Another important reminder! Student Health Cards are required annually for each student. If you have not yet sent in your child's Health Card, please follow this link. Completed forms should be returned to the school nurse. This card is vital so that we have up-to-date medical information and provides them with the permission to administer medications such as Tylenol, Advil, Pepto Bismol, and Tums, if you choose to select that option.
No prescription medication, including asthma inhalers and nebulizer treatments, can be administered to a student without written permission from both a physician and a parent/guardian. If your physician decides it is necessary for your child to receive medication during school hours, please have this form completed by him/her.
