If you are interested in our program, please fill out this FORM.

Then, someone from our Birth -3 program will be in contact with you. Thank you.

What We Offer:

Developmental Screenings:

An important component of our Birth to 3 program is ongoing screening in the following areas: vision, hearing, health, and child development. We will work with you to assess your child's growth and will provide your family with additional resources as needed.

Parent-Child Home Visits:

Parent Educators will provide meaningful and practical activities for you and your child through regular personal visits. We will use this time to work together to monitor your child's progress toward developmental milestones, to discuss any concerns you may have and to share information about positive parenting techniques.

Family Nights:

Monthly events are scheduled for parents and their children. These are designed to be enjoyable for both parent and child. Each event includes information and activities for parents to learn about topics such as discipline, safety, early education, etc. Parents are also invited to join Parent Advisory meetings.

Who's Eligible:

  • Teen parents
  • Single parents
  • Families accessing WIC, SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, or CCAP
  • Early Intervention involvement
  • Primary language other than English
  • Housing instability
  • Caregiver other than parent raising child
  • Other (call to see if you qualify)

Family Night

Once a month, our 0-3 families are invited to participate in a "Family Night Event." It's an optional activity but it's a great opportunity to meet other families. It's offered to your entire family and all the siblings in your family can attend, there is time for play and it is centered around a monthly theme! Just another great reason to join our Birth -3 program.
