-eat less

Signs or Symptoms of Stress

Signs and symptoms include:
-wild mood swings
-frequent crying spells
-nervous habits
-social withdrawl or isolation
-feeling of loneliness or worthlessness

Stress Management

To reduce stress you must prevent it. Here's tips on how to avoid stress:
-get enough sleep
-have a proper diet
-avoid excess caffeine and other stimulants
-take time out to relax

The results should reduce the feeling or helplessness and provide a sense of control over the situation.
