Muraski TEAM Memo
For the Week of May 13th
Love OUR TEAM!
Things to do this week...
1. NSGR
Our NSGR spreadsheets need to be completed for the Spring. They are not due until the end of the school year, but I wanted you to have them now so you can add the data when you have them finished. On the NSGR spreadsheet, find your grade level tab and enter each student's spring GRL. (This is all a tab in our Coaches Playbook)
- Here is a quick reference guide for administration of NSGRA.
2. Your self-assessment and Professional Growth Plan needs to be completed and shared with me by May 31, 2019.
3. TBT Work in May
- Finalize all your Aimsweb Interventions in the Coaches Playbook - Due May 17th
- Complete a MURASKI Placement Card for each student
- Meet with Grade Level Above to discuss any concerns you may have

Please consider Volunteering for Our Muraski Carnival
Step right up! Step right up! The Muraski Carnival is right around the corner, and we need you! Please consider volunteering to help make this event happen! We need volunteers for set up, running the stands, prize redemption, serving food and clean up.
We will have middle and high school student volunteers as well, so no one working at the carnival will be stuck and a booth the whole time.
Volunteers are needed from 3 to 8:30 p.m., so there are many times to help.
Those volunteering for set up should arrive by 3 p.m.
Anyone volunteering for games or food should arrive by 4:30 p.m.
Ticket counters and prize redemption should arrive by 5 p.m.
Clean-up should go quickly. Volunteers should be done no later than 8:45 p.m.

Our carnival would not be complete without a Bake Walk, so we need some bakers! These don't need to be Pinterest-worthy, just tasty treats for the kids to win. And no one is limited to cake! An 8x8 pan of Brownies; six cupcakes; a full cake; pie; rice krispie treats -- whatever you would like to donate. We will need a lot, which is why I suggest a small pan of brownies or just six cupcakes per package (one box of cake mix makes 24 cupcakes, so you would be able to donate four "cakes," which would be a big help! Remember whatever you bring your treats in goes home with the students, so think disposable! Items can be store bought as well.
I would like to have everything dropped off to the school between 2:30 and 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28.
