Day Trip to Hampton Plantation State Historic Site
Hampton Plantation State Historic Site
is home to an18th-century plantation that was one of the many Revolutionary War sites that served as a place of refuge for women and children during the war, and the rice fields surrounding the property hid Francis Marion from when British troops arrived at Hampton Plantation in search of him.
Information
- The trip will be on April 30th, The bus will depart from Gilbert High School at 8:30 am
- Permission slips will need to be turned in on April 2nd

15$ will need to be turned in by April 13th for Lunch and admission to park
