5 Reasons Why to Take the PSAT
PSAT is a 2 hour exam offered on Oct. 15th or 18th, 2014.
Reason #1 - Scholarships
PSAT scores and 11th grader GPAs are used to qualify students for National Merit, National Achievement and National Hispanic scholarships. Public and private colleges offer top incentives to finalists and Scholars. Approximately 8,200 scholarships are awarded each year.
Reason #2 - Preview of SAT
Your test score on the PSAT is a good indicator of how you will preform on the SAT. The PSAT will expose students to the type of questions on the SAT and how the SAT is formatted.
Reason #3 - Compare Scores
To see how you preform on college entrance exams in comparison to your peers and other entrance exams.
Reason #4 - College Expectations
The PSAT will determine where your strengths and weaknesses are in college subjects and will help you prepare for future exams and college study.

Student's will receive information from colleges when marking "Yes" in the Student Search Service section.
