Civil Right Compliance
As needs to be completed every school year, please complete the attached Civil Rights Compliance form. Lunch Supervisors, classroom teachers, paras and office staff must complete the form since meals are served in your school; and to ensure that we provide fair treatment for all participants in the Federal-Based Child Nutrition Food Program. Everyone must complete a form and turn into the folder
Student Planners
The company that I was working does not seem to committed to working with Army Trail as they have stopped communicating with me. So that we do not lose any more time, the office staff has distributed old planners that we still had in the building. We will continue to work on a long term plan for planners.
Teacher Schedules
Teacher schedules are due Friday September 6 to Tanya. Please submit two hard copies into the folder in front of Tanya's Desk.

Grade Level Team Meetings
PBIS - Universal Cool Tool
Next Monday will be our first Cool Tool of the year. The first Cool Tool will focus on Lockdowns and our ALiCE Procedures. This year the lesson is different for 3-5 Grade, and K-2 will remain the same. Cool Tools are always taught on Monday mornings from 9:30 to 10:00. However, you will need additional time for Monday’s Cool Tool.
Primary K-2 Cool Tool *The book is available in the library (Spanish Version of Book)
