American Indian Honoring Ceremony 2019-2020

In the past, the Indian Education Program at WBLAS has held an annual traditional honoring ceremony for our K-12 students. This ceremony has brought out students, family members, teachers, administration, community members, traditional singers and drummers, dancers, and others. It has been a highlight for our students in honoring their successes and celebrating their progress in a culturally-sacred way.

Thank you to the American Indian Parent Advisory Committee and District Level Leadership for collaborating with the Indian Education Program to ensure our culturally-sacred ceremony continued with necessary COVID-19 procedures in place.

Take a glimpse into our 2019-2020 ceremony. Congratulations Graduates!!!
