This is a reminder that students are scheduled to take the SBAC test (Statewide testing) in English, Math and Science. The testing schedule runs from April 16 through April, 27. During the testing schedule, BVH will be on a modified bell schedule (see link below).
Grade 11 students will be tested in English and Math.
Grade 12 students will be tested in Science.
Students will be attending all of their regular classes. They will only be testing with their English and or Math teachers. Students who are scheduled to take an AP or IB exam will take their SBAC exams after they have completed their AP or IB exams in English, Math or Science. If your student is absent on one of the scheduled testing dates there will be a makeup session. To help the testing go as smoothly as possible, we ask that you have your students bring their laptops to school fully charged on the scheduled days. In addition, we encourage students to bring their own ear buds for the English portion of the exam. Ear buds will be provided for the exams; however, students would have to share. If you have any questions, please contact the front office (619) 397-2000.
