Junior SAT School Day - April 13th / Prep Resources
Dear HSE Juniors,
It’s time to take the next step on the road to college. Taking the SAT® is the perfect way to show off the skills colleges care about.
Juniors: Take the SAT on April 13th to see how ready you are. Remember, you can always take it again in the fall of your senior year to improve your scores.
The SAT gives you a chance to show how ready you are with questions that look a lot like what you are learning in class. The SAT:
- Focuses on vocabulary and math you're already learning in class and that you'll need to succeed in college.
- Doesn’t penalize you for guessing—try your best on every question.
- Offers an optional essay.
The SAT is the only test that gives students free official practice on Khan Academy®.
Work at your own pace on the areas you can improve. It’s a completely personalized way to get ready.
Additionally, we have SAT Prep Books that will be distributed for free. Limited books available, it will be given a first come first serve basis. You just need to fill out the form to sign up to pick up the free prep book and wait for an email from us to come to take your book.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
