Great Food Finds
If you visit Hungary you may find some delicious thick mushroom soup which is worth trying or even a beef goulash that is more of a stew served over noodles, dumplings or potatoes.
In Eastern Europe, you can try the borscht which is a famed and feared cold beet soup. We advise a dollop of sour cream to bring out the flavor. There is also a craze for stuffed cabbage rolls, so if you visit Eastern Europe while you are visiting the Eastern Hemisphere, you better try one!
